DELIVERY AND RETURN
The store observes the Hebrew calendar and Jewish holidays. Consequently, no orders will be processed or shipped during holidays, as well as the day before from 4 p.m. until the day after the holiday, inclusive. Customers are encouraged to take this into account when placing their orders.
Delivery "before 1 p.m. the next day" is guaranteed only for orders placed before 1 p.m. on business days. In concrete terms, if you order before 1 p.m. on a business day, your package will arrive before 1 p.m. the next day. However, for any order placed after 1 p.m., delivery will be delayed by one additional business day.
We offer a home delivery service with signature only, provided by trusted partners such as Colissimo and Chronopost.
Additionally, you have the option to choose a pick-up point for greater flexibility. By choosing this option, you'll be able to select the exact pick-up point on the thank you page. If you don't select a pick-up point, the closest pick-up point will be assigned automatically.
Shipping costs may seem higher, but this is justified by our commitment to offering quality products at competitive prices. We continually strive to reduce these costs to better meet our customers' expectations.
To ensure optimal security for your order, Ad Valorem insurance* is included in these rates. Please note that this insurance is not applicable for deliveries to collection points.
Package not collected from relay point
In the case of delivery to a relay point, if the customer does not collect their package within the specified time, it will be automatically returned to the sender within 7 days. Upon receipt of the package, if the customer wishes to have it shipped again, the return shipping costs will be fully at their expense. No second shipment will be made without prior payment of these costs.
For delivery to a relay point, your identity card will be required to collect your package.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Changed your mind or encountered a problem with your order? No worries, we're here to help!
Purchases made online cannot be exchanged in-store. Therefore, we encourage you to follow our online procedure for any exchange or refund requests. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any items that are not suitable for you.
Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging, including the delivery box. Shirts must not be removed from their original packaging. Suits, with the exception of those in the "Mismatched Suits" collection, cannot be returned if they are incomplete or mismatched. Any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, or proper functioning of the products may be your responsibility and will render the return or exchange ineligible.
Upon receipt of your order, please ensure that your order is complete and correct. In case of damage or missing items, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
If the carrier marked your package as "Delivered", you have a maximum of 3 days to dispute the delivery and claim insurance.
HOW TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN?
Shipping costs for exchanges and refund requests are your responsibility, except in the case where the order is defective, incomplete or in poor condition (and only after acceptance by the after-sales service)

Go to the “ Contact ” page of our site and select “ Return and refund ” as the subject of the message.

In the “ Message ” field, indicate your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and describe the problem clearly and precisely.

Once your request is confirmed by email, you will receive the return address in the same message. This is the address to which you can return the products to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return your order following the instructions received.

Upon receipt and verification of the product(s) in our warehouse, we will proceed to the refund within 1 to 7 working days , via the payment method used at the time of purchase. This period will not exceed 14 days after receipt of the product. In case of exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once the return has been received and the new shipping costs have been paid.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction, which is why we make every effort to facilitate your returns and exchanges. However, in certain cases and to the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange requests that do not comply with the conditions set out in our return policy.
We may refuse a refund or exchange in the following situations:
- Failure to comply with return conditions: Returned products must be in their original condition and not have been handled other than to establish the nature, characteristics or proper functioning of the products . If the returned products do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the request for refund or exchange.
- Return Deadline Exceeded: Our return policy stipulates a 14-day return or exchange period from the date of receipt of the order. Return requests received after this period may be refused.
- No Proof of Purchase: To process a refund or exchange request, we require a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. Requests without proof of purchase will be denied.
- Evaluation of the validity of the request: In some cases, we may consider that a refund or exchange request is not valid for reasons such as abuse of the return system or fraudulent motives. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
