DELIVERY AND RETURN

Delivery times and fees may vary depending on your location. We aim to deliver your orders within 1 to 10 days.

We offer a home delivery service with signature only, provided by trusted partners such as Colissimo, Chronopost and FedEx.

In addition, you have the option of choosing delivery to a relay point for more flexibility.

Delivery costs may seem higher, but this is justified by our commitment to offering quality products at competitive prices. We continually strive to reduce these costs in order to better meet the expectations of our customers.

To ensure optimal security of your order, Ad Valorem* insurance costs may be added to these prices. Please note that this insurance is not applicable for deliveries to relay points.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Have you changed your mind or encountered a problem with your order? No worries, we are here to help you!

Purchases made online cannot be exchanged in store. Therefore, we invite you to follow our online procedure for any exchange or refund request. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return items that do not suit you.

Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging, including the shipping box. Shirts should not be removed from their original packaging. Any depreciation of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or proper functioning of the products may incur your liability and result in the ineligibility of the return or exchange.

When receiving your order, be sure to check your order for completeness and compliance. In the event of damage or missing products, please contact us upon receipt of your order.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE RETURN?

Shipping costs for exchanges and refund requests are your responsibility, except in the case where the order is defective, incomplete or in poor condition (and only after acceptance by after-sales service)

  1. Go to the “Contact” page and select “Return and refund” as the subject of your message.

  2. Indicate in the “message” section your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange and please indicate your problem as precisely as possible.

  3. After receiving our email confirmation, you will then be able to return your order according to our instructions.

  4. Once your return has been processed in our warehouse, we will reimburse you within 1 to 7 working days via the payment method used during your purchase, although this period may not exceed 14 days from our recovery of the product. Exchanged products will be shipped upon receipt of your return.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction, which is why we do everything we can to facilitate your returns and exchanges. However, in certain cases and to the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange requests that do not comply with our conditions set out in our returns policy.

We may refuse a refund or exchange in the following situations:

  • Non-compliance with return conditions: Returned products must be in their original condition and not have been handled other than to establish the nature, characteristics or proper functioning of the products . If the returned products do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange request.
  • Exceeded return period: Our returns policy stipulates a return period of 14 days to request a return or exchange from receipt of the order. Return requests received after this period may be refused.
  • Lack of proof of purchase: To process a refund or exchange request, we require valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. Requests without proof of purchase will be refused.
  • Assessing the validity of the request: In some cases, we may judge that a refund or exchange request is not valid for reasons such as abuse of the returns system or fraudulent motives. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
